WAND-TV
This WAND-TV feature highlights hands-on ice rescue training led by Tyler Prater for firefighters from departments across central Illinois. Crews practiced cold-water rescue techniques, worked in ice rescue suits, and took turns serving as both rescuers and victims to build the skills and confidence needed for high-risk ice emergencies.
